Refund Policy

At SwiftStreamTV, we strive to provide a high-quality streaming experience. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and returns may be granted. By purchasing from SwiftStreamTV, you agree to the terms below.


1. Refund Eligibility

  • SwiftStreamTV offers a 48-hour refund policy.
  • Users who cancel their subscription within 24 hours of purchase may be eligible for a refund, provided that:
    • All equipment shipped or provided by SwiftStreamTV is returned in original packaging and without damage.
    • Return shipping is completed within the designated timeframe (see Section 3).

2. Equipment Returns

  • All equipment must be returned in its original packaging and in undamaged condition.
  • If equipment is returned with damage, missing items, or without original packaging:
    • A restocking fee may apply.
    • The restocking fee amount will vary depending on the type of equipment and the extent of damage or missing parts.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring proper packaging and shipping methods when returning equipment.

3. Return Window & Shipping Responsibility

  • Users have 14 days from the date they receive the return address to ship back any equipment.
  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by SwiftStreamTV staff.
  • Tracking information is strongly recommended when returning equipment, as SwiftStreamTV is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

4. Payment & Device Security

  • All accounts require full payment for any devices shipped in order to secure service activation.
  • Refunds will not be issued until returned equipment is received and inspected by SwiftStreamTV staff.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • The 48-hour refund window has expired.
  • Equipment is returned damaged, incomplete, or without original packaging and the restocking fee exceeds the refundable amount.
  • The user fails to return equipment within 14 days of receiving the return address.
  • Service was used in violation of the Terms of Service.

6. Processing of Refunds

  • Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval of returned equipment.
  • Shipping fees and restocking fees (if applicable) will be deducted from the total refund.
